This product is a powder containing 40% coenzyme Q10. Coenzyme Q10 is by nature insoluble in water, but we used our proprietary water-solubilization technology to process it into a water-soluble powder that has excellent water dispersibility, so that it is readily absorbed. PureSorb-Q™-40-NF is almost completely tasteless and odorless, and thus will not spoil the flavor of developed products. It is highly amenable to secondary processing, making it well suited not only to mixing into tablets, hard capsules, and powder products such as proteins, but also for formulating into foods such as jellies.

This product is made by improving the water dispersibility of wheat protein (gluten) through enzymatic breakdown. It is a powder containing approximately 30% glutamine. Glutamine (L-glutamine) is soluble in water, but it is easily pyrolyzed (converted to pyroglutamic acid) by water or heat, which is an issue for food processing; however, Glutamine Peptide G-1 comprises mainly peptides, so it has excellent stability in water. It can therefore be mixed into tablets, granules, and powder products such as proteins, and it can also be blended into food products such as beverages and jellies.
